Email is the most reliable channel for anything that needs a considered response — support requests, corrections, or privacy matters. X and Telegram are useful for quick questions but are not monitored as closely.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2-3 business days. SteadyPips runs on an automated, AI-assisted content pipeline under a single human operator (see our editorial policy) — there is no support team on call, so replies to complex questions can occasionally take longer, particularly around EA release cycles.
What We Can Help With
EA support and activation. If your question is about an Expert Advisor not trading, an activation issue, or verifying your IB status, email us and include the MT4 account number you used at registration. This lets us check your registration without back-and-forth.
Content corrections. Our daily and weekly market posts and EA pages are produced by an AI-assisted pipeline, described in full on our editorial policy page. Errors happen — a stale price level, an outdated platform detail, a broken figure. If you spot one, email us the page URL and what’s wrong; substantive errors are corrected in place, and where a correction changes an article’s conclusion we note the change on the page.
Partnership and business inquiries. For IB program questions, affiliate arrangements, or other business inquiries, email us with the details and we will route the request appropriately.
Privacy requests. To ask what personal data we hold about you, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email us or see our Privacy Policy for the full process.
Before You Write
Many common questions — is the EA really free, which broker do I need, how do I install an EA — are already answered in our FAQ. It is worth a quick check first; it usually gets you an answer faster than waiting for a reply.
What We Are Not
We do not provide personalized financial advice. No article, EA, or reply from us takes your individual circumstances, risk tolerance, or financial situation into account, and nothing we send you should be read as a recommendation to open a specific position. Please read our risk disclosure before trading, and treat anything we tell you as general information rather than advice tailored to you.
